A very polite woman from County Seat Florist called me to explain sunflowers were not available to complete the arrangement as shown in the photo I had selected. She guaranteed they could use other flowers to make the arrangement just as nice or asked if I wanted to select something else. The arrangement arrived and was much more beautiful than shown in the photo with roses and other flowers substituted for the sunflowers.. I had ordered the same arrangement for another sick friend from a different florist on same day. That florist didn’t call and substituted the sunflowers with carnations. What a difference in professionalism. I highly recommend County Seat Florist.
